Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TraderIQ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use TraderIQ.

2. Description of Service

TraderIQ is a trade journaling, analytics, and performance-tracking platform that allows users to log trades, upload screenshots, track performance statistics, and use AI-powered journaling tools. TraderIQ is a record-keeping and educational analytics tool only.

TraderIQ does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing on the platform — including AI-generated insights, coaching reports, performance scores, or pattern observations — constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. 3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@traderiq.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TraderIQ offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans (Edge and Apex AI) billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Free Trial: The Apex AI plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. Your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. The Edge plan does not include a trial and is billed immediately upon subscribing.

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access to paid features until then.

Price Changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TraderIQ never stores your full card details.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

General policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described below.

Trial cancellation: If you cancel during your 7-day free trial before any charge is made, you will not be billed.

Billing errors: If you are charged in error, contact support@traderiq.com within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.

EU/UK consumers: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of your first purchase. By accessing paid features during this period, you acknowledge that you waive this right and consent to immediate service delivery.

Canadian consumers: If you are located in a Canadian province with applicable consumer protection legislation, you may have additional statutory rights regarding subscription cancellation and refunds. Contact support@traderiq.com to exercise these rights.

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at support@traderiq.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

— Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account

— Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service

— Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

— Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

— Reselling or redistributing access to the service without our written permission

— Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with TraderIQ remain the property of TraderIQ and its licensors. Your trading data and uploaded content remain yours.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

TraderIQ is provided solely as a journaling and analytics tool. We are not responsible for any trading losses, financial losses, or investment decisions made in connection with use of this platform. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer at /risk-disclaimer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TraderIQ is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any market data, AI-generated analysis, or other content on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderIQ and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of trading capital, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TraderIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of TraderIQ shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and AI Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TraderIQ regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
